Welcome to Dushore Business Solutions, LLC (DBS)


These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By engaging with Dushore Business Solutions, LLC ("DBS," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.


1. Services Provided

DBS provides the following professional services:

  • Virtual Assistant Services
  • Bookkeeping & CFO Services
  • Project Management
  • Software & Process Optimization
  • Media Oversight

All services are tailored to each client’s specific needs, and terms of engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement.


2. Client Responsibilities

By engaging with DBS, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for the services.
  • Respond in a timely manner to any requests for documents or clarifications.
  • Use our services for lawful business purposes only.
  • Adhere to agreed-upon deadlines and schedules.

3. Payment Terms

  • Fees for services will be detailed in a service agreement or proposal.
  • Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule (monthly, per project, or retainer-based).
  • Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of services until the balance is cleared.
  • Refunds are only provided as per the terms outlined in the individual service agreement.

4. Confidentiality

  • DBS agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during service delivery.
  • Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior consent.
  • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) may be signed for additional protection.


5. Intellectual Property

  • Any templates, documents, or systems created by DBS remain the property of DBS unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Clients retain ownership of their own business materials and information.
  • Clients may not resell or distribute any proprietary tools or templates provided by DBS.

6. Service Modifications & Cancellations

  • DBS reserves the right to modify services, pricing, or availability at any time with prior notice.
  • Clients may cancel services with [Insert Notice Period, e.g., 30 days’ notice], subject to any cancellation fees stated in the service agreement.
  • DBS reserves the right to terminate services for breach of these Terms.


7. Limitation of Liability

  • DBS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Clients assume all responsibility for how they implement our recommendations and services.
  • DBS is not responsible for third-party software failures, accounting errors, or operational delays caused by external factors.


8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes must first be addressed through direct negotiation.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation in [Insert Location].
  • If mediation fails, disputes will be handled in accordance with the governing law of [Insert State/Country].

9. Governing Law

Return and Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and refunds are not issued once services have commenced.
  • If a client is dissatisfied with a service, we encourage open communication to resolve the issue and make necessary adjustments.
  • If DBS is unable to fulfill a service due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund or credit for future services may be considered at our discretion.
  • Any refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service completion.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
